1. Scope and relationship to other terms
These Subscription Terms apply to optional Aheno Pro purchases. They supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Apple's purchase terms, and Apple's standard EULA. The App Store confirmation sheet controls the exact commercial offer you accept.
Basic app blocking, the focus timer, foreground sound mixing, and account cloud sync are available without Pro. Pro adds advanced rules, a larger sound library and more mix layers, background audio, advanced history, and theme or icon options. The app shows the entitlement needed for a feature before purchase. Basic planning is free. Repeating schedules, smart rebalancing, and calendar export require Pro. Where offered, Pro supports more focus partners. Sending a statistics-sharing invitation requires Pro; accepting one does not.
2. Who handles each part
Apple is the merchant and payment processor for an iOS in-app purchase. Aheno never receives full card or Apple-account credentials. RevenueCat helps report whether the App Store says an entitlement is active; Aheno uses that status to unlock Pro.
| Task | Responsible service |
|---|---|
| Price, currency, tax, charge, receipt, cancellation, and refund decision | Apple App Store |
| Entitlement reconciliation across reinstall or sign-in | Apple and RevenueCat |
| Unlocking Aheno Pro features for the authenticated account | Aheno |
| Billing credential storage | Apple; not Aheno |
3. Products, price, and taxes
Aheno can offer monthly and annual product identifiers. This page does not publish a fixed price because price, currency, taxes, eligibility, and localized offers can change. Review the App Store purchase sheet before confirming.
If Apple changes a renewal price, Apple provides the notice or consent flow required for your storefront. Continued access, renewal, and any required acceptance follow Apple's rules.
4. Confirmation and automatic renewal
Your Apple account is charged when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the displayed period unless canceled through Apple before Apple's stated renewal cutoff. The current renewal status and date are available in Apple subscription settings.
5. Trials and promotional offers
A free trial or introductory price exists only when Apple displays it to your account at purchase. Eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary. Unless canceled before the displayed conversion time, a trial can become a paid renewing subscription at the shown price.
Do not rely on website copy for trial eligibility. The App Store confirmation sheet is the definitive offer.
6. Canceling and account deletion
Cancel through Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period shown by Apple. Aheno cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Deleting your Aheno account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel Apple billing separately before or after deleting the account. Deleting first may make entitlement troubleshooting harder because the Aheno account mapping is removed.
7. Restoring and entitlement delays
Restore Purchase asks Apple and RevenueCat to reconcile an existing purchase with your current Aheno account. It does not create a new charge. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase and allow time for App Store status to update.
If Apple shows an active subscription but Pro remains locked, restart the app, use Restore Purchase, confirm network access, then email ahenoapp@gmail.com with a redacted Apple receipt or transaction reference if needed. Never send card details or an Apple password.
8. Refunds and billing disputes
Apple receives payment and decides refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Aheno can help diagnose entitlement but cannot issue an App Store refund or change an Apple invoice.
9. Family Sharing and transfer
Family Sharing is available only if the App Store product page and purchase sheet say the subscription supports it. Do not assume that an Aheno account, entitlement, or community identity can be transferred or shared merely because Apple family features exist.
10. Changes and support boundaries
Apple handles charge, invoice, tax, cancellation, and refund questions. Aheno handles access, restore, feature, and account-mapping questions at ahenoapp@gmail.com. These Terms will be updated if products or billing behavior materially changes.
Does deleting my Aheno account stop renewal?
No. Deleting an Aheno account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in Apple settings.
Can Aheno refund an App Store purchase?
No. Apple processes payment and decides App Store refund requests. Aheno can help investigate whether an entitlement is recognized.
Is a free trial guaranteed?
No. A trial exists only if Apple displays one for your account when you confirm the purchase; eligibility and conversion terms appear there.
