This plain-language summary helps you navigate. The complete document below, not the summary alone, governs.

1. Scope and age gate
These Guidelines apply to public profiles, posts, comments, reactions, saved content, focus-partner connections, invitations, presence, challenges, rankings, reports, blocks, and connection-visible sharing. They supplement the Terms of Service.
Community access requires age 13 or older and any higher local minimum or parental involvement required by law. Posting and rankings may require an eligible adult account; younger participants may have view-only access where offered. Follow the eligibility controls shown in the app.
2. Know what is visible
A community profile can show a chosen handle, generated avatar, country code, pinned achievement, challenge activity, and allowed ranking information. A post or comment is visible to the audience shown by the feature. A connection can see only the aggregates and optional sleep summary that the relevant sharing controls permit.
Private display name, account email, birth year, goals, selected apps, Screen Time, pickups, notification counts, and app-level activity are not community profile fields. Never pressure another person to reveal them.
3. Be constructive and truthful
Share encouragement, experience, questions, and practical ideas in a way that leaves room for different abilities, schedules, cultures, and goals. Describe estimates, rankings, and personal outcomes honestly; do not present an Aheno score as a medical fact or moral judgment.
4. No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual exploitation
Do not target, intimidate, degrade, stalk, threaten, blackmail, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not attack people based on a protected characteristic or promote dehumanization, violence, extremist recruitment, or hateful organizations.
Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, non-consensual intimate content, and attempts to obtain such content are prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
5. Safety, self-harm, and dangerous conduct
Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous deprivation of sleep, medication misuse, or unsafe focus challenges. Supportive discussion is allowed when it does not provide instructions or glorification.
Aheno is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency or crisis resources rather than relying on a report or reply.
6. No illegal content, spam, fraud, or impersonation
Do not facilitate illegal goods or conduct, fraud, malware, phishing, scams, unsolicited promotion, repetitive engagement bait, fake accounts, or impersonation. Parody must be clear and must not deceive or harass.
7. Protect privacy and consent
Do not disclose another person's address, contact details, account identifiers, private messages, health information, app selections, schedule, school or workplace details, or other sensitive information without authority. Do not use invitation or statistics-sharing tools for non-consensual monitoring.
Do not ask for passwords, payment credentials, Apple codes, authentication tokens, or screenshots that expose another person's private activity.
8. Posts, comments, reactions, and intellectual property
Post only content you have the right to share. Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights. Reactions should encourage rather than dogpile. Saves are private service records but do not change the original audience or ownership.
Deleting a post removes its body; a tombstone can remain so comment and feed structure does not break. Screenshots or copies made by other people before deletion are outside Aheno's complete control.
9. Challenge and ranking integrity
Do not fabricate sessions, manipulate verification, coordinate false reactions, exploit bugs, automate activity, or use multiple accounts to alter challenge or ranking results. Aheno can exclude suspect activity and investigate relevant security records.
10. Reports and blocks
Report content using the closest available reason and include necessary context. Do not weaponize reporting against people you disagree with. Blocking can limit exposure and interaction; it does not erase public content from every audience or act as an emergency alert.
11. Moderation outcomes and appeals
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Aheno can take no action, provide education or a warning, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict a feature, invalidate ranking activity, temporarily suspend, or terminate online access. Severe safety or legal matters may be escalated without a prior warning.
If you believe a moderation decision is mistaken, email ahenoapp@gmail.com with the account reference, content or report reference, the decision, and concise context. Do not resend prohibited content unless necessary and safe for review.
12. Changes to these Guidelines
The version and date identify the rules in force. Material changes may be announced in the app. Continued participation after an effective update means future community activity must follow the updated rules; it does not retroactively change the rule applied to an earlier act.
Can other users see my selected or blocked apps?
No. Selected apps and Screen Time activity stay inside Apple's device boundary and are not community data.
What happens when I delete a post?
The post body is removed, while a tombstone can remain to preserve feed and thread consistency. Copies another person made before deletion may remain outside Aheno.
How do I appeal moderation?
Email ahenoapp@gmail.com with the relevant account or content reference, the decision, and concise context. Never include passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
